Previous working experience as anexecutive assistant.
A degree in Corporate Secretarypreferred.
PA certification is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Ms Office.
Must be proficient inEnglish.
Outstanding organizational and time managementskills.
Strong leadership skills.
Abackground in accounting, logistics or property management is anadded advantage.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing accurate and detailed report on events.
Performing assigned tasks with minimum supervision in a timely andefficient manner.
Act as a point of contact betweenexecutives and company employees.
Managing meeting andappointments.
Oversee the performance of other clericaland administrative staff.
Screening and directing phonecalls.
