Our client a government organisation is looking for an experienced Psychologist Assessor to join their HR Team Responsibilities Conceptualize schedule and execute test development plans of psychological assessments that have strong reliability validity and normative characteristics Perform and interpret a variety of statistical and psychometric analyses to understand the analysis results Provide support for conducting assessment and provide feedback for improving assessments Conduct research regarding specific psychological conditions and record the findings to improve the psychological conditions of the employees Perform a range of scientific technical writing tasks to review and reference Provide support in recruitment by using knowledge of psychometric techniques and the techniques of conducting objective interviews Carry out research projects to develop theories about learning motivation and other aspects of employee behavior Study problems of motivation and morale of the staff in Dubai Customs and advise on personnel management or performance improvement methods if required Present information related to psychology to various groups and professionals in the organization Plan organize direct and control psychological treatment and evaluation program for improving conditions of the employees Prepare concise reports detailing findings and conclusions of psychological evaluations to analyze and improve psychological conditions of employees Maintain record prepare report and compose correspondence relative to the work Participate in effectuating the recommendations of the combined diagnostic and treatment staff Perform related work as assigned by the Chief Assessor Contribute for improving Psychological conditions of staffs in Dubai Customs by incorporating The successful candidates will have Minimum Educational Requirements Bachelor degree in a Psychology or related program Experience Minimum 3-
