Position Summary
Responsible for handling MCS Data.
Maintain SLA (service level agreement) with the concerned team to ensure all payments to retailers happen on time.
Role and Responsibilities
Verification of Sales(Claims) by using Samsung internal system Market Communication system(MCS)
In case of discrepancies check Electronic data interface(EDI), Point of sales system(MPOS), Supply chain management system (GSCM) and identify the issue(if any), and getting it corrected from the concerned PIC to verify the claim accurately
Uploading Manual data on MCS both SKU wise and IMEI which is received from the partners through KAMs
Analyzing Sales data from various sources and providing insights to the sales team
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience :
Graduate Degree essential
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and other Office packages.
Knowledge on Macro would be a plus.
Ability to perform and work under different conditions and a team player.
Self-starter being able to work under minimum supervision
Good team player, well presented, professional, and dedicated
Minimum 3 years in data analysis, data collection and coordination
