The SeniorManager, Analytics, CRM, Lifecycle will shape the strategicapproach and delivery in engaging audiences and customers viadirect digital channels and CRM.
Data base marketing and marketingdata management is core to this role with a primary focus toacquire customers and ensure continues personalizedcommunication.
The main responsibilities of the roleinclude :
Own anddeliver a data driven customer centric communication strategy thatwill ensure the key objectives of visitation via tickets sales andengaging communication leading up to Expo are delivered;
Continuously update and amendedabove mentioned strategy to keep customers engage in life cycle andbooking journey communication;
Provide strategic direction to key stakeholders on whatis working / not working and what needs to change and day to daymanagement of the CRM team ensuring they function as a highperforming unit;
Managea team and agency to develop the CRM initiative and overall designof a revised Expo lifecycle and booking journey communication aswell as monthly newsletter and interest based email communicationsand establish and maintain a consistent customer centric brandimage throughout all digital communication initiatives across allExpo lifecycle and booking journey communication;
Support the visitor experiencewithin Expo digital platforms and collaborate cross-functionally toplan, develop and deliver dynamic, world-class campaigns andcontent and establish a communication campaign cadence / frequencyand manage the briefing process to ensure all relevant contentsubmission is timely and of high quality;
Lead the strategic delivery set out in thisdocument by working with the partners, digital media, performanceand digital analytics team to drive traffic, increase reach,acquire new customers / end users, and ultimately ticketsales;
Look at all dataacross all platforms; organize it into digestible formats and makestrategic recommendations based on findings and active participantin meetings with Marketing and to stay abreast of campaignsrequests from teams and make strategic recommendations;
Brainstorm with relevant teams todevelop and inform communication campaigns to support differentmilestones of Expo 2020 Dubai and handle communication campaignscampaign requests from departments;
make recommendations andapprove all locally-created content.
8+years of relevant experience including focus on data base marketingand CRM, as well as :
A bachelorsdegree within a relevant field;
Strong skills in strategy and planning, andmanagement;
In-depthknowledge and understanding of CRM and communicationplatforms;
Outstandingstrategic, problem solving and thought leadershipskills;
Ability tothrive in a high paced, highly creative environment and managemultiple priorities simultaneously;
Demonstrated ability to lead strategicprojects requiring synthesis of large amounts of complex data intomeaningful conclusions;
Ability to navigate, collaborate and influencecross-functional partners.
