Responsible for Executive LoungeAgent and Executive Lounge Supervisor and monitoring activities ofevery Receptionist / Supervisor such as check in, check out and moneyexchange.
Organize and coordinate with FrontOffice Management all arrivals and departures of EF guests,VIP’s, groups, room assignment, billing and anyadditional information requested.
Providesupport to all the reception staff in order to ensure smooth,prompt and polite service.
Maximize hotelrevenue by controlling room inventory, group blocking, packages, upselling to next room category, reinforcing the late charge policyto maximize REVPAR.
Responsible for the cashinventory allocated to him / her, daily check, declaring shortfallsand separate calculation of tips.
Participateregularly in training courses and put the skills learned there intopractice.
Maintain regular contact with frequentguests and all-important guests of the hotel.
Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at anytime according to the needs of the business and of thehotel.
Qualifications andrequirements :
Minimum of 3 years experience in asimilar role in a 5 star international hotel chain
Strong Butler experience background
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Officeapplications
Fluency in English (Written andSpoken)
Additional languages is a strongadvantage
