Employment Full Time What you will do The Sales Operations Planner S O Planner is a strategic role reporting directly to the Regional Director of Operations in Middle East and Africa You will be part of our MEA Team supporting the JCI S O Planning program with specific emphasis on the Demand Planning process for the field operations As S O Planner you will prepare accurate initial Demand Plans per predefined cadence to ensure performance success across the entire enterprise from financial planning to material planning to manufacturing to logistics You will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience coupled with your knowledge of the business operating model to deliver our business objectives for our Middle East and Africa region How you will do it As S O Planner you will be using your skills to prepare and consolidate material from different product groups geographies for the monthly Demand Review meetings You will be facilitating the Demand Review meetings and distributing material for participant reviews You will make sure that the actions from the meetings are communicated to all stakeholders You will be representing the organizational perspective with respect to demand shaping and also communicate the consensus demand plan run statistical quantitative Demand Plans from the Demand Planning tool As a S O Planner you will use your strong analytical skills to collect qualitative data from Sales and Marketing tools and systems and also review and align with the Annual Operating Plan AOP As part of your role you will also reconcile the quantitative and qualitative data to create draft Demand Plans and enter the unconstrained Demand Plan into the planning tool and provide the Demand Plan to the Supply Planning Team As an S O Planner you will be supporting S OP stakeholders align on a recommended Sales and Operations plan that balances business objectives constraints inventory and customer expectations As field S O Planner you will also responsible Analyze actual orders compared to demand plan Prepare KPI Dashboards Support the S O Lead to analyze risk and opportunity to Sales operations Plan for escalation resolution and to summarize status of action items REQUIREMENTS What we look for Bachelor Master Degree Finance Engineering or Business Minimum 7 years in FPA Business Analyst Sales Planner role Recent or past experience Strong knowledge in data analytics querying varied database sources reporting KPI dashboarding Advanced level expertise in MSExcel PowerBI and other reporting tools Proficiency in process discipline lean practices and CI Experience in working with crossfunctional teams to achieve desired targets Proven analytical skill set strategic mindset ability to quickly move from details to the holistic view and vice versa Strong selfdirected collaborative team player with interpersonal communication presentation skills Very strong communication interpersonal skills able to provide an environment of trust Ability to prioritize and set challenging but realistic time schedules Strong confidence with executive presentations ability to communicate with colleagues customers at all levels Fluent in English written oral
