Education : Bachelors Degree
Minimum 3 years experience working as an administrative assistant in import / export environment
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Computer literate, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Photoshop
Fluent in English
Ability to work in fast environment
Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision
Ability to take initiative and proactively respond to clients needs
Ability to commit to an uncertain and often demanding work schedule
Ability to Multi-task and prioritize workload and be flexible enough to reprioritize workload as necessary
Ability to work with strong personalities.
Highly Organized and able to create systems and methods to streamline the teams efforts
Produce listing proposals, market reports and other client-oriented information, coordinate sales information
Create a template for Writing offers, clauses and sample proposals
Generating purchases / sales activity reports on a weekly basis for active listings
Maintain accurate and up to date files on customers / suppliers, correspondence, proposals, listings
Drafting / sending basic correspondence
Word processing, photocopying, faxing, scanning, mailing and e-mailing as required
Ensure distribution of all executed documents to appropriate management departments
Ensure conformity with any current management approval (requests for newspaper ads, sign requests, etc.)
You will be responsible for playing a key role in assisting a team of top commercial managers in food industry environment.
Task will include all administrative matters associated with import / export. Duties include managing all documentation;
assisting in developing appropriate marketing materials; coordinate sales information; interacting with clients regarding follow up of orders (logistic organization / invoicing / stock control);
maintaining strict confidentiality when required; committed to integrity and dedication.
