Partner with People Engagement Partners, COEs& Key stakeholders to establish frameworks that ensure thatour colleagues experience is effectively represented in all ourPeople programs.
Influence the design andimplementation of People programs by facilitating the balancebetween a unified colleague experience vs catering to the nuancesof individual business functions.
Identify andaddress opportunities for enhanced operational effectiveness, aimedat improving our colleague experience and the People team seffectiveness.
Own projects end to end. Runfocus groups, discover and scope out business, resource and techrequirements, build frameworks and deliver standardized programswith exceptional operational efficiency.
Create flexibility forprograms to be localized at varying levels to meet marketrequirements.
Qualifications and requirements :
BA / BS / Masters in Business, HR, Economics, orother business operations focus (MBA a plus).
Minimum 7 years of management consulting experience orexperience in a People change, People strategy, Product Managementor Customer Experience role.
Strategic mindset you’re comfortable interpreting large scalebusiness requirements and deriving the talent strategy thinkingshort, medium and long term.
Proven ability toexecute large scale, complex programs and projects from discoveryand design through to delivery.
A vast suite ofinfluencing skills and an ability to communicate through artfulstorytelling.
Solid research, analytical& process mapping skills.
Experiencerolling out tech platforms, deep understanding and interest inusing technology
A mix of right brain &left brain approach to solving problems i.e. you arecreative but also highly analytical using data to problemsolve.
Strong individual contributor withdemonstrated attitude and aptitude to be effective in anenvironment that is fast paced, ambiguous and requires one to be aself-starter.
