Senior Director - BFSI Solutions Principal
The Strategic Verticals team at Unifonic is seeking a strong, experienced consultative sales and a business value engineer to lead the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance practice within the region.
In this role, you will be a solution driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do and has a passion for customer engagement solutions.
You will partner with the Sales and Customer Success organizations, bringing industry expertise to value engineer solutions for our Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance customers and help uncover TO-BE customer opportunities as they are rethinking their customers' engagement strategy.
The successful candidate will focus on developing and growing the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance vertical from a revenue and product perspective.
The responsibilities of the Senior Director - BFSI Solutions Principal will include but are not limited to :
Support strategy for Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance Go-To-Market execution plan, develop key use cases, Industry playbooks, and be a customer and partner-facing expert to ultimately drive revenue with new and existing customers.
Work closely with sales team to drive strategy to expand footprint in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance vertical across our core markets.
Partner with marketing to develop Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance content, collateral, customer stories, and support demand generation.
Attend key industry events and help to plan & execute Unifonic events.
Work closely with partners to develop strategic relationships & reference architectures for partner-led Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance solutions to drive adoption.
Identify and build out repeatable use cases where we can develop solutions to drive higher revenue in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance verticals.
Contribute to elevating Unifonic's Go-To-Market Vertical posture through activities such as authoring white papers, speaking at events, and engaging with customers to ensure their success.
Architecting compelling solutions to address a customer's key work management challenges presents a desired future state and delivers a competitive advantage with measurable outcomes.
Lead and document discovery sessions to understand the client's business objectives and desired outcome.
Present a vision of the solution, meeting the client's requirements that will drive adoption and growth.
Hands-on 7+ years of working experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance industry, from consulting or banking space.
Strong customer-facing presence (CXO, IT, and Business Leaders, including CX and marketing).
Experience working in enterprise software or consulting firm and working with cross-functional resources to built-out Vertical Solutions on an existing technology platform that has generated revenue and value for the customer.
Experience working with sales and technical pre-sales, building out go-to-market sales kits to drive market penetration.
Hands-on experience with program managing vertical solutions which includes : collecting, tracking, and prioritizing vertical business requirements, working with technical resources to ensure timelines are met, collaborating with marketing to develop marketing assets and event planning, working with partner team to track partner relationship progress ensuring key milestones are met.
Hands-on experience with Sales Enablement / Sales Performance programs.
Bachelor's degree or above, MBA is a plus.
Self-starter, able to work independently and entrepreneurial in a dynamic environment.
Team player with a strong ability to lead teams and to motivate and influence a diverse set of stakeholders.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, Arabic is a plus.
