The Personal Assistantwill have a variety of responsibilities :
Coordinate family events, prepare and organise travelitineraries and required travel documents
Manageand resolve technology issues quickly with minimal disruptionKeeptrack and handle family subscriptions and memberships
Liaise with travel providers in providing VIP services tothe familyBook appointment as per personal requirements
Run personal errands such as shoppingManage calendarevents to ensure there are no conflicts between different events ormeetings, based on priority and activities
Carryout tasks punctually, providing regular updatesMake records andmaintain high standards of reporting and filing
Maintain relationships with stakeholders, such assuppliers, hotel sand travel agencies to facilitate the linemanagers responsibilities Profile
The successfulcandidate for this Personal / Private Assistant Well rounded personwho has track record in managing same responsibilities with Ultrahigh Net Worth Individuals (UHNW) or embassies.
