  • Responsible for creating and delivering campaigns, projects and annual activity for clients, with a particular focus on digital expertise
  • Serves as the day-to-day manager in executing communications plans on select accounts

  • Works with the Account Director to develop integrated campaigns, strategies and plans
  • Primary day-to-day contact for select clients
  • Increasing digital and integrated campaign work for target clients across the business’ different practice areas
  • Develops and delivers training for clients as needed
  • Oversees quality control and ensure approvals are obtained on all appropriate activities
  • Manages accounts independently
  • Demonstrates clear understanding and interest in client’s business
  • Able to identify, understand and resolve client issues as well as pre-empt them
  • Earns client trust by meeting deadlines and being a proven and respected adviser
  • Confident presenter
  • Demonstrates creative and strategic thinking
  • Serves as liaison between client and other H+K regional offices as needed

  • Has knowledge and understanding of client contracts and is responsible for meeting and managing agreed deliverables
  • Demonstrates financial accountability by managing client and colleague team commitment
  • Identifies incremental business opportunities on current accounts, with focus on campaigns, reporting or digital activation
  • Researches and prepares new business proposals and participates in presentations
  • Builds a strong network, expanding media and industry contacts

  • University degree
  • 3-5 years agency experience
