An exciting opportunity for an experienced Food Services Professional to join our growing team in The Crowne Plaza, Stephenson Quarter, as Assistant Restaurant Manager.

The Hotel boasts 251 bedrooms, our impressive meeting & events suite, Hawthorns restaurant and the lively Gin Bar. This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join a fun and friendly team which has a great atmosphere and is an excellent place to learn and grow within your career.

Your day to day

The successful candidate will under the supervision of our Restaurant Manager lead and manage a specific Food and Beverage outlet operations with energy, motivation and the commitment to deliver outstanding service with excellent financial results through strong leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and develop the team to provide unrivalled guest experience
  • Actively contribute and liaise with Front of House and Back of House Teams
  • Creativity in the look and feel of the restaurant
  • Ensure Brand Standards are maintained throughout
  • Identify and develop ways to maximise revenue
  • Strategy planning and delivery
  • Ensure winning metrics are achieved
  • What we're looking for in our Assistant Restaurant Manager

    You will have :

  • Minimum 2 years' Restaurant Supervision experience (ideally within a hotel environment)
  • Delivering results through personal development plans
  • Change management experience
  • A passion for hospitality
  • Be engaging, outgoing and confident
  • Have an eye for detail
  • Find achieving great customer service highly motivating
