Job Role : HR Business Partner -Gulf
HRprocess implementation : Managing processes for assigned regionbased on hub guidance and HR management instructions. Overseeingimplementation of all HR processes within gulf region, includingworkforce planning, succession planning, performance management,talent management, talent acquisition, remuneration, workforcereduction, and other processes as applicable.
Partnering with othercolleagues within the immediate HR network to achieve targetsthrough business and HR action plans.
Businessstrategic alignment : Participating in the definition of short andlong-term business objectives and defining the local strategic HRpriorities to support business strategy in alignment with HRpolicies and guidelines.
HR solutions : Partnering with managers and functions in the region to understandcurrent issues that can be supported or resolved through HRpractices, processes, or policies.
Counselling business leadershipon the most effective solutions to resolve issues and supportlong-term objectives.
Industrial relations : Overseeing activities regarding industrial relations and organizedlabor within gulf region.
Representation : Representing HR in the business, builds partnerships betweenemployees, HR and managers. Offering HR solutions and collectingfeedback for continuous improvement.
Compliance : Ensuring compliance with legislation and HRpolicies. Adhering to occupational health & safety andcompliance standards in all areas of responsibility.
People leadership and Development : Ensuring that the gulfregion is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.Guiding, motivating and developing direct and indirect subordinateswithin HR policies.

A bacheloror master’s degree in Business Admin, Human resources orequivalent.
8-10 years of Human Resourcesbusiness experience, specifically in industrial sectors, preferablyin power.
Middle East experience isnecessary.
Knowledge of multiple humanresource disciplines, including compensation practices,organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, andperformance management.
Ability to travel upto 20 - 30%.
Proven communication skills, withGlobal & Cultural Awareness and EthicalPractice.
Sound knowledge with HR Expertiseand Relationship Management.
