QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE& SKILLS :
The leading candidatehas to understand all aspects of technical operations, solidexperience in Soft FM and understand the technical side of it notonly managing the contracts and the vendor process where he / shewould be able to investigate issue and provide solution, improve productivity of the cleaners and what other things he / shecan do to reduce cost.
Experience in managing Westmanagement , Cleaning , Pest Control & Logistics.
Provide direction and manage employees in the Soft FM& Logistics Unit in performing their delegated tasks;
Performance management, career development guidance,setting objectives and KPI's of their direct reports.
Define metrics for the measurement of the success for theSoft FM & Logistics Unit.
Development andmanagement of the Soft FM & Logistics Unit budget for inputto the Technical, Operations budget.
Working with theTechnical Maintenance & Facilities Manager, develop mediumand long-term strategic plans, policies and procedures forimplementing programs in alignment with the Soft FM &Logistics Unit and Authority'
s strategic vision, missionand goals.
Contributes to the satisfactory operationsof Soft FM & Logistics Unit along with moving &handling services, reception and cleaning;
Executesand oversees the implementation of department policies, procedures,controls, and management covering all areas of generalservices;
Participates in determination and controlof Soft FM & Logistics unit budget;
Developsand monitors operational reports
Manages andsupervises Soft FM & Logistics Unit contractors (I.e.reprography, messenger services)
Knowledge of Healthand Security Regulations in her / his field.
Certificate from the British Institution of Cleaning Science willbe preferred.
Bachelor's degree desiredBachelor's degree required.
HSE, OHS, ISO,OHSAS Certification and hands-on implementation experience ispreferred.
Thorough knowledge of Role andresponsibilities requirements.
Proficient in relevantsoftware's and applications.
Fluency inEnglish, fluency in Arabic or French
