Extensive Music Marketing or Entertainment Marketing Experience
Experience of managing large scale marketing campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels including managing media agencies across multiple marketing areas.
Strong analytical skills - the ability to interpret and build a compelling story using data and insights
Deep knowledge of current performance marketing tools, strategies and trends, and ability to lead coordinated campaigns from concept to execution
Experience with subscription apps
Action oriented - ability to take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to build strong ties to partners across multiple countries, both internally and externally
Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally within a global organisation
Results oriented, upbeat and focused with a strong desire to learn and succeed
Hands-on attitude and excellent attention to detail
You will lead the Marketing programs and specific campaigns for Apple Music across all META Markets and across all marketing disciplines including owned, earned and paid channels.
This will be on an always on and project basis. You will monitor results across campaigns, communicating digestible insights on a regular basis, and share findings to help the development of the program.
You will drive business growth through acquisition, user engagement and churn reduction. You will collaborate with a broad range of teams, including international marketing, product marketing, business managers, editors, operations, and creative teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and delivered in time.
Education & Experience
BA / BS degree in Marketing or Business is a plus.
