WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO WILL Manage and execute partner enquires for specific product solutions and act as a driving force behind the other department of the company Ensure proper translation of company objectives and create strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue goals through expanded Channel Partners develop and implement marketing strategies to identify effective distribution channels Regularly train and update the assigned channel partners about any new rules and or processes to ensure that those are being followed and the team members have necessary knowledge to effectively perform assigned tasks Enhance and implement channel partner program to the target agents in the UAE and internationally coordinate with the other departments to provide fast track to the agents for the company formation after sales Regularly attend and actively participate in various events campaigns in the UAE and internationally in order to promote the agent program and to expand current prospect database within specified business sectors Arrange frequent meetings with the partners and ensure that partners commission is paid out without any delays Train and update company Business Development and Sales team on the agent program Locate evaluate and recruit potential Channel Partners act as a consultative partner and coach for the partners to improve their marketing expertise and efficiency in order to qualify opportunities in all salesoriented activities such as marketing advertising sales promotions and training to achieve revenue targets Maximize revenues from sales of the organizations products and or services through a base of Channel Partners Identify strengths and weaknesses of company s positioning vs competition in any given situation through research industry contacts personal networks etc Regularly train and update the assigned channel partners about any new rules and or processes to ensure that those are being followed and the team members have necessary knowledge to effectively perform assigned tasks Achieve sales objectives by continuously striving to minimize sales friction providing education to Channel Partners on the company value proposition and identifying sales opportunities Maintain professional relationships and regularly communicate with both potential and registered clients as well as prospective business multipliers in order to create professional image about the organization enlarge the base of contacts and prospects and overall ensure clients satisfaction
