GuestReady is a startup in the sharing economy, building on the success of short-term rental companies. Its mission is to take the hassle out of short term rentals, any operations that are related to turning over guests and optimize listings to incur a maximum yield for the host are handled by GuestReady.
The company is co-founded by seasoned entrepreneurs (some former Ex-Rocket Internet executives) in Europe and Asia. Today, GuestReady manages more than 2000 apartments in the world.
We are managing for our client all the rental process : listing creation, guests management, check-in, check out, cleaning, maintenance...
What you will be doing :
Be in touch with our guest to coordinate their arrival and their check-in in Dubai
Welcome our guests in our best properties and make sure they are satisfied
Quality control of our apartments (check after the cleaning, detect maintenance issues)
Helping our Operations team to schedule and coordinate the logistics of contractors (cleaning, laundry delivery, maintenance)
Being the â€ behind-the-scenes' face of GuestReady, when it comes to dealing with guests and contractors.
Visiting some great homes across Dubai that we manage, to meet guests and deal with any issues that arise.
Connecting with guests before, during and after their stay, providing great customer service in person, over the phone.
Working closely with the rest of our team to devise the best ways to keep providing an amazing guest experience, with a personal touch.
Quality controlling the guest experience and promptly addressing any issues raised during or after their stay.
Who we are looking for :
Fluent English speaker & Arabic speaker
Multitasker, able to work under pressure, staying calm, composed and polite with any guests
Able to prioritize many tasks at the same time and to manage time efficiently.
Team player; able to work in an environment with high inter-dependencies between teams and cross-cultural colleagues.
Confident and personable, with a passion for creating a great customer experience by catering to their needs and striving for continuous improvement of our 5 stars service
Fast problem solver; being able to seek solutions instantly for any given problem
Detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on quality
We are a 24 / 7 business so no qualms about working on a 7-day roster and shift work
If you ever worked in the Holiday Home industry or hotel reception it's a plus

Having a valid Driving license in the UAE
Having your own car
Be available from September or October 2019
Salary : 5500 to 7000 AED monthly depending on your profile and experience and if you need a Visa from our company or not
Probation : 1 month (trial)
Visa : better if you have your own Visa, if not, we can provide a work Visa from our company (negotiable)
Working hours : 5 days per week (8 working hours per day) - willing to work on weekends, sometimes
Our office is located in Business Bay - Burlington Tower
Car allowance : Negotiable as you will provide your own car fees as petrol, Salik will be refunded to you
