Job Description

Vendor Specialist Job Opening. Currently we are looking for Vendor Specialist for our company. location Dubai. Job Duties and Responsibilities :

o Onboard vendors and oversees vendor operations

o Establishes day-to-day way of working with vendors including regular alignment meetings

o Tracks vendor performance against OLAs and SLAs

o Reports on vendor performance to respective managers and boards

o Supports vendor in billing and other hygiene matters

o Escalates major issues to the multi-vendor integration function. Job Requirements and Qualifications :

o 5 - 8 year's experience in managing vendor relations

o 5 years of Production Support / Development experience in FCUBS

o Experience in establishing relationship between businesses and suppliers, negotiating contracts, creating vendor standards, and finding the best available vendors

o Proficiency with operating system platforms - Unix / Aix / Linux and Webservers - IBM Web server and Apache

o Must have an experience in Banking and Financial / Insurance sector

o Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science or related field.
