Under the general guidance of the General Manager, responsible for leading short and long term strategy planning and execution management of the Human Resources function for the hotel.
Recommend the department’s budget and manage expenses within approved budget constraints. Major areas of responsibility / leadership, but are not limited to : Talent management, Employee engagement, payroll and benefits administration, training, employee / labor relations, organizational development.
As a Business Partner you will work closely with the GM & Executive team in implementing, achieving and maintaining the property goals and objectives.
The successful candidate will be a skilled leader, who can develop and mentor the team and inspire them to greater heights along the journey, as well as retaining a razor sharp focus on day-to-day service quality and delivery.
This individual will be able to empower his / her teams to achieve, whilst leading by example as a brand & cultural ambassador.
