ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Ideal applicants should be able to meet & Greet visitors, welcoming and announcing them. Selected candidates should be able to attending the tele communication system, Receiving calls, making calls, attending to the emails, taking care of any disruption in service to the communication system.
Interested applicants should be able to monitor and maintain the Security system, Cameras, etc. and also maintain Petty Cash.
Preferred candidates should be able to maintain attendance register of employees and also maintain the ISO records. Maintain the filing system and confidential files and records.
Applicants should be able to maintain HR related visa and passport records for all employees and also maintain stock of stationery, etc.
Candidates should be able to book air tickets and also handle Pantry and Housekeeping for the offices.
