Reporting tothe Head of Marketing & Admissions, the Marketing Managerwill work in the Marketing and Admissions team and will carry outgeneral marketing activities for the school, raising the profile ofthe school so that pupil roll targets are achieved
This includes advertising, events, PR, digital, socialmedia and face-to-face marketing. The role will also provideoperational and administrative support to the Head of Marketing& Admissions.
Specific Area of Responsibility
To be a brand ambassador who understands theSchool’s particular value proposition, appreciatesindividual parent and pupil needs in order to effectively sell theSchool to prospective families.
Todevelop exciting and innovative marketing activity (online andoffline) to develop the school’s reputation and drive thepupil roll.
Activity will include advertising, events, PR, digital,social media and face-to-face marketing; and develop the annualmarketing plan which will be led by the Head of Marketing &Admissions.
Be an excellent datamanager and understand how to manage, analyse and develop datareports from marketing campaigns and activity
Provide monthly reports of marketing activityand compilation of ad-hoc reports to the school’s SeniorLeadership Team as required
Developpersonal rapport with stakeholders and key marketing contacts tocapitalise on exposure for the school
Support the admissions and marketing team in planning andorganising pupil recruitment and marketing events, registering andwelcoming parents, ensuring that all required materials aredelivered, and parents receive excellent customer service
Support the administrative requirements of theHead of Marketing & Admissions to ensure that marketingmaterials are available across the school, helping with day to dayadmin tasks as required
Support thedelivery of the PR strategy, and the maximising of PRopportunities, to include the writing and executing of pressreleases SkillsThe Person Qualifications
Educated to A’ Level or above withexcellent spoken and written English
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing essential
Orqualified by experience Essential
