making process to acquire new customers and develop long-term customer relationships with both existing and new customers Conduct corporate business in a professional manner that is both service oriented and reflects the Mercedes-

Benz brand image to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction while always acting according to distributor policies Responsibilities Develop and implement a structured sales plan targeting local business and fleet customers for Mercedes-

Benz passenger car products and services Develop new business relationships by prospecting and generating incremental sales for Mercedes-

Benz to an agreed annual target Present the Mercedes-Benz brand to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings telephone calls and e-

mail Create and implement detailed account plans for selected existing and potential accounts within the region showing targets contacts and marketing plans Generate own lead and appointment setting in conjunction with the Corporate Sales team Actively and successfully manage the sales process and the on-

Benz is presented in a professional manner at all times Obtain a thorough understanding of clients needs their objectives and their preferred method of purchase Respond to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner Keep abreast of issues affecting the car industry and collect competitor intelligence Remain continuously proactive and responsive to prospective clients Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development Arrange and support customer promotion events and manage the event process staff and attendance of the participants ensuring the event is fully explained and managed in a professional manner Assist the customers in selecting available Mercedes-

Benz products by undertaking an in-depth needs analysis Implement develop and maintain a structured database using agreed systems to provide regular systematic reports showing account activity contacts communications sales progress sales analysis potential areas for sales profit growth market trends and other relevant data as required and to maintain and improve relationships with existing and prospective accounts Negotiate and structure the sales of Mercedes-

Benz passenger car products and services to existing major fleet customers in conjunction with internal and external partners as required Provide regular information on matters related to fleet and corporate sales including account and vehicle requirements changing requirements and objectives competitor information and emerging opportunities Handle customer complaints tactfully and promptly according to the distributor policies and escalate difficult cases immediately to the Corporate Sales Manager Regularly update knowledge on Mercedes-
