Greet guests and inform themof property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and localareas of interest and activities.
Open doors and assistguests / visitors entering and leaving property. Assist with luggagestorage and retrieval. Transport guest luggage to and from guestrooms and / or designated bell area.
Assist guests / visitors in andout of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading / unloadingluggage. Supply guests with directions.
Arrange transportation(e.g., taxi cab, shuttle bus, limousine / sedan service) forguests / visitors, and record advance transportation request asneeded.
Dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed. Communicateparking procedures to guests / visitors. Follow up with guests toensure their requests or problems have been met to theirsatisfaction.
Serve as a departmental rolemodel, and assist management in hiring, training, scheduling,evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating and coachingemployees.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships withothers. Follow all company policies and procedures; and reportaccidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
Maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property premises.Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professionaland maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Welcomeand acknowledge all guests, anticipate and addressguests’ service needs, assist individuals withdisabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
Speakwith others using clear and professional language, and answertelephones using appropriate etiquette. Comply with qualityassurance expectations and standards.
Read and visually verifyinformation in a variety of formats (e.g., small print). Move at aspeed required to respond to work situations (e.
g., run, walk,jog). Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for anentire work shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objectsweighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance andobjects weighing in excess of 75 pounds with assistance.
Grasp,turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiringfine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Move over sloping,uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs and / orservice ramps.
Reach overhead and below the knees, includingbending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform other reasonablejob duties as requested by Supervisors.
