As a Sales Consultant you will be expected todeliver excellent customer service through : Identifying customerneeds, offering advice and demonstrating suitable products;
building relationships with key customers and ensuring storestandards are maintained in order to achieve sales targets andcultivate customer loyalty.
Welcome and greet every customerin a warm and friendly manner & demonstrate excellentcustomer service at all times.
Identifycustomer needs through asking questions; confidently recommend anddemonstrate appropriate products; recommend link products at everysale opportunity; close the sale
Receive cashor payment in any authorized modes from customers, issue receipts / bills against their purchase and provide professional cash pointservice.
Handle customer complaintsprofessionally and efficiently, in line with the company aftersales policy, escalating to management if necessary.
Demonstrate and maintain product knowledge, fashiontrends, instore promotions at all times.
Maintain personal grooming standards as advised by theStore Manager.
Maintain clean and organizeddisplay, fitting rooms and stock areas.
Checkstock levels daily and inform of depleting stocks to the storemanager in order to replenish and maintain optimum stocklevels.
Comply with all company policies andprocedures including refund and exchange policy, security, healthand safety policies etc.
Recruit customers forthe database, accurately entering their details on the POSsystem.
Minimize exposure to stock lossthrough vigilance on sales floor and fitting room areas.
To be successful in this role youmust have the following :
A minimumof 2 years in a Retail Sales role, preferably within LuxuryFashion
A proven track record in dealing withindividual and store based targets
Experiencein delivering a high standard of customer service
Understanding and experience in Luxury brands withspecific knowledge and experience around Clientelling
A passion for Luxury Fashion
