MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to senior management staff

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Document and record management including filing and storage of documents

Provide general reception services

Diary management, including the logistical arrangements for flights and travelling

Provide general office administration duties

REQUIRED EDUCATION

A relevant Bachelor's degree or diploma from an accredited institution

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

At least 3-4 years' relevant experience in an administrative or secretarial function within a corporate environment

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Well developed typing skills
