The HR Executive is responsible for taking a proactive role in the development and implementation of a quality administrative and operational HR service including but not limited to recruitment and selection employee relations and training and development ensuring the implementation and maintenance of human resource policies procedures and standards of excellent practice to support the organisations needs KEY POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES The Human Resource Executive is responsible and accountable for but not limited to the following Functional and Technical -

Assist the HR manager in the full spectrum of human resource management and related functions - Ensure companys human resources are used efficiently and effectively -

Assist in developing implementing maintaining and reviewing of company policies rules and regulations in compliance with all applicable employment laws statutes and regulations -

Provide support for manpower planning recruitment and selection process - Conduct new employee induction program - Coordinate employee processing including visas security checks accommodation transportation terminations transfers and leaves of absence -

Co-ordinate the new joiner process including arranging a desk IT equipment ID Card checking paperwork for completeness and accuracy coordinating with hiring managers admin support and various divisions creating letters sending letters tracking status and coordinating pre-

employment processing - Assist in the identification and analyses of staff training development and career support needs -

Conduct new hire survey and exit interview to improve existing welfare - Performance appraisal or evaluation of employee -

Organise and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures - Oversee employees disciplines and their compliance with company rules and policies -

Coordinate and monitor the accommodation requirements policies and procedures of the accommodation - Able to handle matters relating to expatriate applications -

Assist in the Occupational Health Safety of the company Miscellaneous - Attend mandatory meetings including divisional meetings executive meetings and staff meetings as required -

Keep up to date of professional developments new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growth -

Coordinate communication channels between business units Divisions Departments and Sections within the organisation and improve its effectiveness RequirementsTheindividualmustpossessthefollowingknowledge skillsandabilitiesandbeabletoexplainand demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation -

Good level of HR generalist experience within a HR function - Excellent working knowledge of current UAE employment legislation experience of the UAE visa procedures -

Excellent PC skills including Word Excel plus strong written and verbal communication skills - Display a high degree of initiative and problem solving -

Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and changing priorities - Ability to work in a fast paced environment - Client and customer service experience a plus -
