This is an ideal position for anyone with a passion for Marketing & Campaign Management supporting our Greater China and North East Asia operations.
Under the supervision of VP Marketing & Operations, Greater China & North East Asia this position will be identifying opportunities for the provision of new business through marketing campaign supports for different programs in the South East Asia region.
What else is involved?
Proactively taking lead on overall marketing communication strategy across various media channels targeting high-quality guests and members in China, while maintaining good relationships with valuable media partners.
Working closely with business development team and providing campaign strategic support to build up suitable campaign methodology.
Helping to implement various campaigns to drive response and maximize performance for the satisfactory delivery of marketing KPI.
Continuously monitoring, tracking and managing campaign performance with comprehensive reporting tools and analysis.
Constantly improving and adjusting campaign strategies of future marketing activities for higher yields through marketing campaign efficiency management and enhancement programs
Leading strategic planning and implementation of digital marketing initiatives, including but not limited to social media strategies, e-
commerce, SEO and SEM, online reputation management, etc.
Launching creative digital marketing programs to support brand awareness and promotional activities.
Responsible of PR management to improve brand image and marketing campaigns.
Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, defining market, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses
What do you need?
5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management role
PR related experiences are preferred
BS / MS degree in marketing or related fields
Strong marketing campaign planning and management skills with at least 3 years relevant experiences
Excellent skills in business reporting and analysis in order to support business strategies or proposal justifications.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Aggressive and result oriented with strong enthusiasm and ownership spirit
Ability to work under pressure and positive thinking and not afraid of challenges, never give up, never complain about difficulties but more willing to resolve problems
A positive and professional manner with the ability to multi-task which includes excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Flexibility in working schedule as required by business needs
