    About the Job : An opportunity has arisen for a Personal Trainer to join Bell Desk in Burj Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role : Responsible and Supervising Bell Captains, Porters, Concierge Desk and lobby presence.

    Ensure to be present at all V.I.P / High profile guests checking-in, coming for show arounds or FB outlets Assist door, driveway and lobby team in arrival process / Check-

    in for VIP guests Efficiently Manage email correspondence, feedback, complaints and telephone requests Meeting resident and non-

    resident guests to facilitate feedback and obtain guest preferences Managing colleagues through appraisals, interviews coaching.

    Adhere to task list step by steps for daily activities and chores Assist and support team leaders, porters and lobby team Plan and organise creative and luxurious itineraries Provide accurate and up to date information on the city, restaurants, special events About You : The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experienceand qualifications : At leastHigh school graduate Previousconcierge / guest relations experience inhospitality industry Minimum of 2Years of Experience in 5 star hotel BusinessEnglish, High level of verbal and written English (Level 4) Front officecross training About the Benefits : We offer an attractive tax-
