Role Summary :
A Rider Quality Support is Talabat’s eye on theroad ensuring consistent rider compliance / safety across the fleetas per company and road safety protocols.
On the spot observation,inspection, documentation and correction of the incompliantincidents that require immediate attention.
What’s on YourPlate?
Have anenforcement presence that discourages illegitimate behavior on / offthe field. This may mean issuing warnings to the riders breakingguidelines.
Evaluate local traffic and roadsafety concerns, observe problem areas, behaviors and provideinputs.
Check and make sure riders are usingall Talabat branded gears (uniform, bag, box, mask, gloves etc.).At the same time flag non-Talabat riders using Talabat rider gearsto maintain brand consistency on the road.
Find out riders not maintaining hygiene standards oftheir uniform, food bag / box and keeping their bikes timelyserviced.
On the spot verification of riderand bike documents (Driving License, Emirates ID, Mulkiya etc) asper local laws.
Monitor and control therider’s behavior towards restaurant / customer and viceversa.
Visit high restaurant density areasduring demand peak times to ensure riders are maintaining safedistance as per Covid19 guidelines.
Assistrider’s community (irrespective of the company) inemergency situations (accidents, breakdowns etc.).
Perform the vital public services of protecting life andproperty. Assist people in need (community support).
Maintain your presence on the ground asTalabat’s face.
What did weorder?
Min 1 year ofexperience as a delivery rider and 2-3 years of experience as asupervisor.
Presentable with good physicalfitness.
Disciplined, organized personal withstrong ethics.
Ability to maintain aprofessional standard even during stressful situations.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.English and Hindi / Urdu is a must, Arabic is a plus.
Proficient in recording, reporting and analyzingdata.
Persuasive skills in order to be able tocoach non-compliant riders effectively.
