ResponsibilitiesWe're seeking a Reservation Data Ops Specialist (3 months contractor) to join the Product Strategy & Operations team.
This team drives go-to-market for TikTok monetization products and plays a key role in development of the commercial product roadmap.
Responsibilities : 1. Own process of extracting, consolidating, and preparation of data reports for content ads reservation product.
2. Query diverse databases to get extract data not available in reports. 3. Delve deep in inconsistencies in data reports and provide solutions for gaps in numbers between different databases4.
Develop dashboards and reports of historical data across key metrics using manual data pulls of metrics unavailable on automated reports5.
Identify process of automation of data reports6. Support Product Marketing team through bug resolution and answering technical and operational questions from sales and clients related to data reporting7.
Communicate known issues to the sales team and their customers about data inconsistencies and reasoning behind it. QualificationsMinimum Requirements : 1.
BS degree or above in Data Analytics or similar 2. 3+ years of experience in project management or relevant experience (partnered with sales, strategy, product management and / or engineering to improve advertiser experience)3.
Ability to conduct rigorous analysis and communicate conclusions to both technical and non-technical audiences4. Proficiency in SQL5.
Experience leveraging visualization tools in their day-to-day work (Tableau, PowerBI or similar)6. Experience resolving and communicating about issues with both technical and non-technical audiences Preferred Qualifications : 1.
Campaign management and advertising experience2. Experience in dissecting complex processes and developing sound and sustainable plans
