Main Duties

  • Provide general administrative support to the F&BDepartment including retail store
  • Provide generalclerical and project based administrative support
  • Assist with preparation of department reports andpresentations
  • Good communication skills with theteam
  • Co-ordination with Procurement and vendors onstore supplies and placing orders where necessary
  • Ensure that the department's processes are in line withcompany requirements
  • Any other duties as mayreasonably be requested by the management team
  • Otheranalysis and follow-up as required by the F&B team
  • Administrative Support

  • Maintain the office on a day to day basis.
  • AssistF&B manager in scheduling meetings, making travel plans,arranging conferences, facilitating internal and externalcommunications, preparing correspondence and reports, andmaintaining data, records and files.
  • Tracks budgets,expenditures, and project status.
  • Develops andimplements administrative support systems to improve productivityand operational effectiveness.
