Iris Executives an Emiratisation Specialist on behalf of a well reputed government body in Dubai is lookign to recruit a Senior HR Manager This role typically requires significant knowledge in UAE employment laws regulations HR systems development and implementation Strong leadership teamwork and interpersonal skills are required Has attention to detail a discreet work ethic flexibility and dependability Recruitment Work closely with senior management to identify talent gaps and devise manpower plans in accordance with departmental needs and the organizational structure Ensure compliance with recruitment policies including completion of all required documentation development and monitoring of job descriptions Maintain records of approved manpower establishment vacancies and recruitment database Oversight and monitoring of the interviewing process Provide guidance to department managers on compensation benefits packages and employment terms to ensure consistency in the grading structure and employment contracts Performance Management Implement and maintain a performance management system which provides a framework that monitors employee performance and the reports of which act as a tool in devising career paths training assessment deciding grievance termination cases promotion and increments Address the grievances of the employees on the administration of performance management system Ensure timely goal setting sessions and periodic review sessions by the managers at all levels Employee Relations Establish professional rapport with employees acting as support yet decision maker Communicate the changes in the Companys policies procedures to the employees in time to ensure effective employee-
