We’re looking for results and data driven Growth Manager to drive growth to the next level.
As an Growth Manager, you will:
- Ideate, execute and report on growth strategies that can move the needle across the company’s revenue and growth goals.
- Take on end to end ownership of testing new growth levers—identifying opportunities, determining audience, executing, and evaluating success with the solid attribution we’ve put in place.
- Work closely with various teams to ensure timely delivery for growth initiatives.
- Analyze data to identify trends and new opportunities for growth. Monitor and reporting business KPIs to be able to react to changes quickly and decisively.
- Design, implement and analyze experiments across all channels and business levels.
- Identify and mitigate risks to KPIs, and capitalize on opportunities to exceed goals.
- 5+ years of experience working in a growth oriented marketing team focused on driving growth.
- Proven growth hacking experience in launching B2B focused digital products with a demonstrated ability to translate business goals into effective growth strategies, partnerships and tactics.
- Knowledge of multiple digital advertising platforms with substantial experience working with performance marketing metrics (CPO, CPI, CPA, CPC & LTV).
- Strong data analytics background in order to understand the full funnel impact of marketing efforts, ROI and spend with deep understanding of attribution models, and conversion data.
- Knowledge and previous experience with data analytics and attribution platforms and CRO tools such as Google Analytics, Adjust, Amplitude…
- Have owned growth marketing channels and driven demonstrable results, owning and achieving core growth metrics.
- Self-motivation, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong sense of ownership
- To be within a ±3 hour of Dubai time
