Job Description and Requirements

  • Job Purpose
  • The Secretary for Research and Community Service is responsible to provide a wide range of administrative & clerical support to the Associate Provost for Research and Community Service and Assistant Provost for Community Service.

  • Minimum Qualification and Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Required Knowledge and Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) is a must. Must possess good communication, organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills Strong office management skills.

  • Work Experience
  • Minimum 2- 4 years’ experience in the Secretarial / Administration field.

  • Language proficiency required
  • Excellent communication skills in English both spoken and written are mandatory.
