Recruitment company seek experienced Administrator Receptionist for our office in JLT You should have excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken be fully conversant in Microsoft Office including Word Excel PowerPoint As first point of contact for all clients you should have a friendly and outgoing personality Reporting into the Regional Director and Finance Director duties will include -

Formatting of candidate records and CVs - Completing a variety of in house reports and accounts records - Management of all personnel files -

Process all employment visas and company licenses with DMCC - Credit control all invoices - Procurement of all office supplies -

Obtain quotes for all ad-hoc services as requiredRequirements- Able to work on own initiative - Proficient in Microsoft Office Word Excel PowerPoint -
