Job Role : Enterprise Software Sales Manager- MEA

YourResponsibilities

  • Identifying and developing the Digital business in thespecified markets to sell ABB’s enterprise softwaresolutions, especially within the main defined target industries : Transmission, Distribution, Transportation, Renewables, Nuclear andConventional Power Generation across Middle East region
  • Developing the Enterprise Software business focusing on,asset management and energy portfolio management solutions acrossMiddle East to enable sales in targeted industries
  • Aligning with broader sales organization to deliverstrong topline growth through direct as well as Chanel Partners(both resellers and implementation partners for software) in theMiddle East region
  • Defining and implementingeffective sales and business-development initiatives in alignmentwith global strategy
  • Identifying new businessopportunities among current and prospective customers as well asclear strategies to convert them
  • Coordinatingthe information flow around sales activities and providingforecasts, analysis and market intelligence to Marketing and Salesto ensure achievement of defined sales targets
  • Establishing strong customer relationships andmaintaining positive customer experience throughout the salesprocess, including post-sale

  • Yourbackground

  • ABachelor's Degree in electrical / software engineering withbusiness background.
  • 5 to 10 years ofexperience in similar position or alternatively combination ofeducation and experience and / or demonstratedaccomplishments
  • Experience in businessdevelopment, account management and cross-selling across systems,solutions, products and service categories
  • Understanding of contract negotiation, risk managementand commercial and legal terms
  • Exceptionalcommunication and negotiating skills, customer-focused mindset anda professional, can-do attitude
  • Experience in selling and relationship development skillsare required to cope with a wide variety of complexinformation
  • Sound knowledge of the portfolio(technical and commercial) and how it fits into the targetedmarkets to solve customer’s problems
  • Proven and strong executive level engagement andrelationships. Independent and ability to deliver results withoutsupervision
  • Proficiency in both spoken& written English and Arabic language isrequired.
