Our InformationTechnology Generalist - Client Services team focuses on managingthe design and implementation of technology infrastructure for ourclients, developing and enhancing client applications, andproviding technology tools that help create a competitive advantagefor clients to drive strategic business growth.

Leading the application support team for businessapplications across

the Middle East region,focusing on availability, support and

augmentation of core business applications.

  • Lead applications support team in Middle East
  • Responsible for availability of Middle Eastapplication services, both for Front and back office services
  • Ensure business application systems are developed,maintained,
  • and supported in order toachieve efficient and effective delivery of services
  • Manage application configuration and upgrades, problemanalysis and resolution for complex application problems, engagingvendors and L3 support teams as required
  • Manage application projects providing technical and projectmanagement input as required
  • Improveapplication functionality and performance and provide suggestionsfor system and business improvements
  • Managerelationships with vendors and outsourced suppliers for localapplications
  • Develop procedures anddocumentation for application support
  • Responsible for Application support team SLAs
  • Develop and maintain interfaces, export and imports, andensure their smooth running where required
  • System configuration, scripting and user admin according toapplication needs
  • Delivery of managementreports on application and system performance
  • Support creation of end user training documentation andarrange third party training
  • Line manage anddevelop application support team
  • Ensurecompliance with information security policy for inscope
  • applications
  • Plan and testdisaster recovery plans for inscope applications
  • Manage incident queues and lead on problem resolutionand escalation
  • Partake in Major Incidentteams as required
  • Responsible foroverarching portfolio of applications, release management, outagesand upgrades
  • Manage testing activities forinscope applications, and responsible for creation of testing plansand UAT sign offs
