Main missions of the role
Helps to provide technical assistance services to final customers ensuring the correct use of Premium Connections. Checks and follows up on the feedback gathered from the field about product performance and general onfield information valuable for Client.
Ensuring correct use recommended practices in inspection and running Services.
Repairing of Premium Connections to prevent potential problems and incidents.
Providing technical support and liaising with customer representative to assure the product is installed in the most efficient manner allowing the product to perform to its optimum design potential.
Following up on customer's representative about perception (product and services) to identify potential areas of improvement.
Responsible for service report fulfilment in timely fashion both hardcopy and electronic (running assistance report, miscellaneous, log time, inspection, service ticket).
Provide Feedback from the field and industry of perception / attitude toward Tenaris & competitors’ products, service and technical innovations.
Organizes logistics and transportation requirements.
Knowledge on know-how specific to the Job
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
Fluent in English
Confident, driven and ambitious
Hard competence skills
Have excellent verbal and written English with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the Company
Ambitious and driven with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously
Excellent skills in Excel and reporting
Familiar with database, Power BI and generating Key Performance Indicators
Have a high level of competency and accuracy in writing and maintaining clear and professional documentation relating to any reporting
