Job Responsibilities Reply to a high volume of emails and phone calls Provide customers with product suggestions for multiple lines Offer suggestions to upsell customer purchases Identify customer needs to achieve satisfaction Place orders for customers Issue exchanges and or replacements for customers Handle complaints professionally and provide solution based on procedure Follow communication procedures and policies Manage ticketing and phone system to ensure all customer needs are addressed Resolve errors coming into system Process credit memos and returns Job Requirements Experience in customer service Strong written and verbal communication skills Type at least 35 words per minute wpm Experience with basic online web sales Ability to adapt to different types of personalities Ability to adapt to changing demands Willingness to learn help other team members complete tasks and adjust to meet demands Must be willing to work overtime and weekends especially during the peak holiday season 1-
