In this role you will report directly to the Director of Human Resources and will be responsible to ensure a smooth and efficient, yet personal and attentive operation of the Training function, in line with Hyatt’s People Brand.
You will analyse the training needs, plan and implement training activities accordingly. Your role is vital in the hotel, where you will actively train and assist the departments in training all employees and maintaining the hotels operational training manuals.
We are looking for a candidate ideally with a university degree in Hospitality / Tourism management. In addition we expect a minimum of 2 years work experience in a senior management position in Training.
You must be an excellent trainer and have superior communication skills. Good organizational administrative and interpersonal skills should be your strength.
You must ideally already be in UAE.
