To boost our growth, we are now looking for an energetic, skillful Customer Experience Specialist to join our CX team! The CX Executive / Agent will be responsible for helping customers with their queries, meeting internal SLA’s, setting record breaking CSAT scores and simply creating a wow experience for the customers at Pyypl.

What you'll be doing :

  • Handle inbound customer complaints and ensure that queries and issues are answered and resolved in a timely manner through all dedicated channels
  • Track and maintain customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Highlight customer issues that require escalation
  • Work in cross-functional teams to provide feedback and help improve customer experience
  • Demonstrate a passion for service and always deliver remarkable customer experience
  • Embody positivity and a solution-oriented approach towards customers
  • Achieve customer experience KPI’s SLA’s, CSAT etc.
  • What you'll need to succeed :

  • Bachelor’s Graduate from a reputed University in Business Administration / Marketing (preferable)
  • At least 3+ years of experience as a Customer Experience Specialist
  • Responsible and reliable candidate with strong organizational and time-management skills and a sense of initiative
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Russian.
  • Demonstrates experience with CRM systems
  • Goal-oriented team player who works well independently and in team environments to solve problems
  • Excellent attitude towards clients, customers, and most importantly peers
  • Should be flexible to re-locate to UAE.
