To boost our growth, we are now looking for an energetic, skillful Customer Experience Specialist to join our CX team! The CX Executive / Agent will be responsible for helping customers with their queries, meeting internal SLA’s, setting record breaking CSAT scores and simply creating a wow experience for the customers at Pyypl.
What you'll be doing :
Handle inbound customer complaints and ensure that queries and issues are answered and resolved in a timely manner through all dedicated channels
Track and maintain customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Highlight customer issues that require escalation
Work in cross-functional teams to provide feedback and help improve customer experience
Demonstrate a passion for service and always deliver remarkable customer experience
Embody positivity and a solution-oriented approach towards customers
Achieve customer experience KPI’s SLA’s, CSAT etc.
What you'll need to succeed :
Bachelor’s Graduate from a reputed University in Business Administration / Marketing (preferable)
At least 3+ years of experience as a Customer Experience Specialist
Responsible and reliable candidate with strong organizational and time-management skills and a sense of initiative
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Russian.
Demonstrates experience with CRM systems
Goal-oriented team player who works well independently and in team environments to solve problems
Excellent attitude towards clients, customers, and most importantly peers
Should be flexible to re-locate to UAE.
