Job Title : Agro Commodities Trader Fertilizer

Job Responsibilities :

Network and travel to countries outside of UAE as assigned to generate business in UAE, North and West Africa.

Proactively solicit new enquiries from existing portfolio.

Develop and maintain a portfolio of end user clients.

Prepare monthly reports and provide and effective recap of previous year performance and review the same.

Develop and implement an operational plan for reservation and provide forecast to executive management.

Design various innovative marketing strategies to increase sales for all product launches.

Maintain all activities related to product marketing and provide support to sales and establish effective marketing communication.

Develop and maintain good professional relationships with producers / suppliers of raw materials whilst building out a customer list / trading book.

Job Requirements :

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Agro Commodity, Fertilizer, Sulphur, Ammonia, Urea products trading in the international market.

Portfolio of transferable relationships in the outlined commodities.

Must have experience in vessel chartering / logistics management and LC (letter of credit) payments in the fertilizer space.

Excellent leadership skills with strong ability to build a team.

Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.

Experience in sales of fertilisers, such as Sulphur, rock phosphate Urea, DAP, MOP, and SSP.

Well versed with Trade Terminology and sales contract.
