To this end, UARUhas created the new position of Director of Development &Alumni Relations to build and deliver a philanthropic fundraisingand alumni relations programme, embedding a culture of philanthropywithin the University.
The position reports directly to the Vice Chancellor andwill work closely with the Chancellor, who is personally highlycommitted to the success of this position, as well as keystakeholders across the University.
Working collaboratively andconfidently with the senior leadership of the University, yourmission will be to develop and implement the University’sfirst fundraising and alumni relations strategy, embedding aculture of philanthropy within the University.
The Director of Development& Alumni Relations will be pivotal to this intensive andexciting period, helping to ensure that the University meets itsstrategic objectives.
The postholder will have a transformationalimpact on the University’s fundraising ability and in sodoing, play a crucial role in enabling it to affect a step changein its capability to attract philanthropic funding and engagepowerfully with its alumni and non-alumni stakeholdersglobally.
