Our client a leading manufacturer of high end appliances is seeking a Gallery Manager for their showroom in Dubai Reporting to Sales Manager The successful candidate will be well presented and have experience of selling high end products and possess showroom experience You must be fluent in English Arabic is an advantage Key Responsibilities -

Manage and coordinate with Gallery team to ensure that products are demonstrated in such a way that the customer is encouraged to upgrade their purchase and or purchase additional products -

Assist the Gallery team in sales and or technical sales issues whenever required - Ensure that Gallery is staffed at all times with the relevant team members by managing holidays and sick leaves -

Responsible in managing the Gallery team in terms of performance evaluation and development as well as attendance - Supervise the use of the Gallery for all types of events while working closely with the marketing team as and when required during events in the Gallery -

Reports to the Sales Manager with sales estimations on an ongoing basis and provide relevant data upon request - Responsible in preparing monthly Sales Report for the Gallery -

Manage Key Retail Accounts including but not limited to attending to outside meetings and assisting on their requirements as and when necessary -

Monitor Gallery stock level and request purchases accordingly to avoid shortages - Identify slow movers and recommend actions accordingly -

Verify all incoming deliveries to the Gallery - In charge of maintaining a clean and organized Gallery - Ensure that Gallery conforms to all legal requirements imposed by authoritiesRequirements-

Bachelor degree in marketing business or equivalent - Sales and Marketing - Computer literacy - Strong sales kills and familiarity with sales terms and KPIs -

Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying taking time to understand the points being made asking questions as appropriate and not interrupting at inappropriate times -

Communication - Ability to convey clearly ideas and provide the necessary explanation for the specific situation - Management of personnel and material resources -

Developing and motivating subordinates and assessing and evaluating their performances - Time Management - Managing ones own time and the time of others -
