Sales OfficerResponsibilities :

  • Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships withcustomers.
  • Screening, recruiting, and trainingsales employees.
  • Calling potential customersto explain company products and encourage purchases.
  • Answering customers' questions and escalatingcomplex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of companyproducts.
  • Maintaining an accurate record ofall sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customercomplaints.
  • Collaborating with the marketingdepartment to ensure that the company is reaching its targetaudience.
  • Informing product developers ofpossible product improvements and changes to ensure that companyproducts meet current market needs.
  • Preparingcost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers todetermine the most suitable purchase options.
  • Analyzing competitors' products to determineproduct features, benefits, shortfalls, and marketsuccess.
  • SalesOfficer Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,Business Management, Marketing, or related field ispreferred.
  • Proven sales experience.
  • Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industryregulations.
  • Proven track record of achievingsales targets.
  • Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiationand consultative sales skills.
  • Effectivecommunication skills.
  • Exceptional customerservice skills.
