The Digital Marketing Associate helps with handling the day to day digital marketing operations The role also contributes to other marketing functions including but not limited to data collection PPC SEO social media website content management and content creation The ideal candidate must demonstrate technical knowledge strong analytical skills detail oriented and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a fast paced ecommerce environment ACCOUNTABILITIES Maintain a healthy relationship with customers Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for creating awareness and lead generation including web SEO SEM email marketing Social media Marketing and display advertising Drive the business growth through performance Develop Marketing strategies and monitor day to day performances of website google ads and social media sites You will make suggestions for conversion improvement projects to maximize revenue and minimize costs Develop and monitor campaign performance by channel Direct Free Search Paid Search Social Media Associates Other and device desktop tablet mobile Create tracking tagging and reporting systems for campaigns and platform performance attribution measurement analytics and establish KPIs Manage the strategy for lead generation and retention ROI ROAS etc to meet established performance uplift expectations Assist with the day to day execution of digital marketing campaigns and the management of the Group s marketing automation platforms and CRM Optimize landing pages create emails using templates support in development and scheduling of social media posts and other marketing communications Help with data collection report preparation and presentation meetings Assist in implementing the approved digital strategy using SEO online and social media ads remarketing ads content platforms affiliate and influencer programmes email and messaging platforms etc Manage multiple highly visible marketing campaigns from strategy to execution to measurement and reporting using CRM and relevant digital platforms while maintaining focus on timeline and budgets Develop conduct and evaluated A B tests for creative marketing ideas test and optimize landing pages Create traffic driving high relevancy ads managing both copy writing and visuals and executed continuous improvement initiatives Conduct analytics on multiple sets of data to identify opportunities and draft strategic proposals to improve performance example customer journey review and swiftly execute approved suggestions Supported with the delivery of global and local digital marketing campaigns to meet agreed KPIs Analyze data and optimized performance of organic and paid campaigns Assist in creating content related to customer and brand milestones and in line with the customer journey
