Job Description

The Reception position serves as the initial corporate interface with the general public. Responsibilities :

o Manage main reception desk- greeting visitors and directing them as needed

o Assist in maintaining a clean and efficient office environment

o Offer and serve beverage to clients, visitors and employees

o Maintain employees attendance sheet

o Maintain office supply inventory and order supplies as required

o Answer incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner

o Taking accurate message and convey to concerned employee

o Conference room scheduling and catering orders

o Receive and route incoming packages and mail

o Contacting courier companies to arrange document / parcel for pick up

o Provide administrative support to the entire office if and when required

o Update office and personnel contact information

o Assist with the coordination of meetings, corporate events, and teambuilding events

o Coordinating office maintenance repairs in a timely manner Qualifications :

o 2-4 years relevant administrative experience

o Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

o Excellent organizational and time management skills

o Ability to multi-task and prioritize

o Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

o Ability to work well with others in all capacity within the company

o Exceptional skills in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

o Can speak English / Hindi (Being a bilingual is a plus) Job Types : Full-time, Contract Salary : AED2,000.00 to AED2,500.
