The purpose of this position is to provide effective coordination and administrative day-to-day support for du Graduate Trainee (GT) program in order to ensure that the program is running effectively throughout its tenure.
This position serves as a central point of contact for all GT’s and ensure that they have all required information as per the agreed quality and timelines.
Frameworks, boundaries and decision making authority.
This position analyses and recommends appropriate actions to the Senior Director National Recruitment & Development. Decision making authority is limited to areas where the policy is clear.
This role requires effective administrative skills, creativity and analytical skills. Operates within existing HR policy and processes and guides support services Management and employees in relation to the same.
Policy exceptions and complex issues are always escalated to the Senior Director National Recruitment & Development.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Competencies
Minimum 5 years’ experience.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
