Job Description

Plan and execute the internal compliance related to the technical requirements and identify deviations from the stated requirements with respect to improvement of Equipment of the Plant, to support Nawah for contractual, governmental or regulatory purposes with respect to technical aspects of the improvement of Plant Equipment in a mid / long term base.

1- Equipment Improvement Planning

Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

  • Assist in preparing proposals to meet mid and long term Equipment Improvement plan on the most economical basis.
  • Assist in establishing the Design Improvement on OMS modules.
  • Support in conducting workshops related to equipment improvement with team Korea.

    2- Equipment Improvement

    Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

  • Monitor internal compliance with the technical requirement and identify deviations from the stated requirements with respect to Improvement of Equipment of the Plant.
  • Support Head of Equipment Improvement in contractual, governmental or regulatory purposes with respect to technical aspects of the improvement of the stated Equipment.
  • Support in providing the required information and input to the management of the Technical Improvement Division in support of setting quality control procedures for the organization.
  • Collect and report information and data of reference plant used in the Equipment Improvement to the Head of Equipment Improvement
  • Monitor Equipment Improvement practices of reference plant in Korea.

    3- Reporting

    Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

  • Ensure preparation of reports in a timely and accurate manner to meet the departmental requirement, policies and standards.
  • 4- Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures

    Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices to increase productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Implement all relevant Section’s policies, processes, procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

    Skills

    Academic Qualification and Experience

    Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or I&C Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent as stated in the Job Description Procedure (HR-PRC-0004).

    Master’s degree in Engineering Management or Business Administration with 7 years' experience in nuclear power plant out of which :

  • 4 years in providing technical support to engineering activities related to equipment modification / improvement on site experience.
