The Asst. Outlet Manager is responsible for the day to day operation of the venue(s). The Asst. Outlet Manager will be responsible for delivering budgeted revenues, improve service standards, implement efficient HCCAP procedures with a key focus on training within the department.
Asst. Outlet Manager will be responsible for their team and will be the face and the driving force of the business.
Education & Experience
At least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field; or a 4-year college degree and at least 1 years of related experience;
or a 2-year college degree and 1 or more years of related experience.
Must have knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations.

To provide effective oversight and management of all operational aspects of Food and Beverage activities.
Assist the Food and Beverage Manager to drive business growth, maximise revenue, manage and monitor expenditure and labour utilisation, and ensure continuous improvement in systems and processes.
Provide an environment that achieves highly engaged staff who then offer an exceptional standard of customer service.
Ensure all Food & Beverage activities are resourced and operated in an efficient, timely, safe and compliant manner.
Assist the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure the products offered reflect customer demand, and appropriate stock levels are maintained.
Participate in M.O.D. coverage as required.
Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Management Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing nametags.
Comply with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Management Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions.
Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary.
Must be able to understand and evaluate complex information, data, etc. from various sources to meet appropriate objectives.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
